Comparison of size to some of the other portables.  It's even bigger than the TRC-212 by a bit.

Found this one on Craiglsist for $20.  It's very close to new...came with the case, manual, schematic, box and "shorting bar" for non-NiCads.

Seems to work fine.

The antenna jack is a mini-phone jack (2.5 or 3.5mm)...don't see that much these days.
The mic/speaker are 2.5 and 3.5mm on the top. Glad they went away from that in later radios.

Takes 10 Alkaline or TWELVE nicads.  LOTs of batteries.  Wants to see 15 volts I guess.
